Her focus is ensuring compliance with Civil Aviation Authority requirements while promoting a proactive, people-centred safety culture.

Holding a degree in Safety Management and qualifications as an ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, along with Tōtika Prequalification and SafePlus Auditor credentials, Carina combines technical knowledge with a systems-based, people-first approach. She specialises in simplifying processes, driving continuous improvement, and helping teams achieve excellence through practical coaching and mentoring.
