Since joining the company in 2015 as Assistant Accountant, she has progressively built her expertise and taken on greater responsibility, advancing to her current position in 2023.

Her professional background combines financial management with human resources and customer service capabilities—skills honed during her five years at HELiPRO, where she managed HR and payroll functions for a complex, multi-base helicopter operation. This diverse experience enables Kim to understand the unique challenges of aviation businesses and the importance of supporting both the financial health and the people who drive organisational success.
