Fieldair Engineering Ltd is seeking applications for a full-time, permanent Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) to join our team based in Palmerston North.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful applicant will work within a professional and safety-focused maintenance environment carrying out scheduled servicing, defect rectification, modifications, line maintenance, and general aircraft maintenance in accordance with CAA requirements and company procedures.
Experience on Beechcraft King Air B200/B350 aircraft would be highly regarded.
About the Role
This position is primarily based at Fieldair’s main engineering facility in Palmerston North. The role will also involve occasional travel to other Fieldair bases and customer locations throughout New Zealand to support maintenance operations.
Applicants must have experience working on a range of light aircraft.
Skills & Experience Required
- Current CAA NZ Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence (LAME)
- Experience on King Air B200/B350 aircraft desirable
- Experience maintaining light aircraft and/or helicopters
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe maintenance practices
- Good computer literacy and administration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Full New Zealand driver licence
- Current valid passport
- Eligibility to live and work in New Zealand
