As Fieldair's CEO, Brett brings over 35 years of aviation engineering expertise to his leadership role. A Licensed Aircraft Engineer with both New Zealand and American credentials, Brett combines technical knowledge with strategic vision to guide the company's future.

Before joining Fieldair, Brett served as Engineering Manager for 10 years, holding one of the three key senior positions in a Part 145 maintenance organisation. This background gives him invaluable insight into the technical and regulatory complexities of aviation maintenance.

Known for being approachable and thoughtful, Brett believes in listening before speaking and empowering the professionals around him. "We're working with professionals who often have the answers already—you just need to get them out," he explains. His leadership philosophy focuses on building relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff while developing Fieldair's considerable untapped potential.
