With 30 years of experience in financial leadership roles, Nolan brings a wealth of commercial expertise to his position as General Manager of Fieldair. His 13-year journey with the company began as Financial Controller for 10 years before advancing to his current role, which includes serving as senior person CEO for Fieldair Engineering.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accountancy, Nolan combines strong financial acumen with a people-focused management approach. Colleagues describe him as "friendly and approachable" with a good sense of humour and a measured approach to decision making.

"What I love most is seeing people grow and develop and push the boundaries of what they believed they were capable of," says Nolan, whose leadership philosophy focuses on achieving outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
