Fieldair Grows Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Operations in Christchurch.

Fieldair has significantly grown its Ground Support Equipment (GSE) operations in Christchurch, taking over the former Unilode facility at 22 Perimeter Road, Christchurch Airport. The new site becomes our dedicated GSE operations hub for the South Island, building on the smaller Christchurch presence Fieldair has held for some time.

A Bigger GSE Base for the South Island

The move gives Fieldair a larger, purpose-built base for GSE maintenance, repair, supply and leasing, along with Warrant of Fitness (WoF) inspections for vehicles and equipment, all under one roof. It means faster turnaround, more capacity, and better local support for customers across Canterbury and the wider South Island.

The new facility became operational on 21 September 2026, with further details to follow on our website as they’re confirmed.
